- 1 packet (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Layers:
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
For the Strawberry Cream Layer:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, mashed
For Garnishing:
- Extra banana and strawberry slices
- Cookie crumbles
Instructions
1. Prepare the Vanilla Pudding
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for a creamy texture.
- Set aside in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare the Strawberry Cream Layer
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in mashed strawberries.
3. Assemble the Dessert Cups
- Add a layer of crushed cookies to the bottom of each serving cup.
- Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the cookies.
- Add a layer of banana slices and repeat with more pudding.
- Spoon the strawberry cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, bananas, and cookie crumbles.
4. Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
