Strawberry Banana Pudding Cups


Ingredients (Makes 4-6 Servings)

For the Pudding Base:

  • 2 cups (500ml) whole milk
  • 1 packet (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Layers:

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

For the Strawberry Cream Layer:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, mashed

For Garnishing:

  • Extra banana and strawberry slices
  • Cookie crumbles

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vanilla Pudding

  1. In a bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for a creamy texture.
  3. Set aside in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Strawberry Cream Layer

  1. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in mashed strawberries.

3. Assemble the Dessert Cups

  1. Add a layer of crushed cookies to the bottom of each serving cup.
  2. Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the cookies.
  3. Add a layer of banana slices and repeat with more pudding.
  4. Spoon the strawberry cream on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries, bananas, and cookie crumbles.

4. Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Optional Variations:

  • Add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.
